There are several types available: studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, located on the first floor without an elevator.

The property is located in a ZTL (restricted traffic zone); our private garages are available for a fee upon reservation, located just a few steps from the apartments, with a designated and authorized route within the same ZTL that allows you to reach your destination by car.
